About me
Hi, I'm Francesco — a Webflow developer and educator based in Tokyo. I build for the web, and I teach everything I learn along the way. My whole thing is simple: great knowledge should be free, and easy to find.
How I got here
I didn't start here. My background is in physics, and my first job was building software interfaces in C#. Then I stumbled onto Webflow through YouTube — Ran Segall and Flux Academy — and it just clicked.
I wanted out of the 9-to-5, so when a friend asked me to build his portfolio site, I said yes and fell down the web design rabbit hole. The start was hard — I had almost no network. So, as a Flux Academy student, I spent months helping other students, hours every day, completely for free. That's how people started noticing me, how I landed my first real projects, and how I began sharing cloneables and tutorials. Giving back to that community eventually led Flux to invite me onto the team — I've been mentoring their Webflow course for almost four years now.
Along the way I joined the first Webflow Speed Build Challenge in 2021, which grew into an ongoing collaboration with Webflow's own sales team, and I became a Webflow Certified Partner. Then I decided I wanted to live abroad — which is how I ended up in Tokyo, co-founding Supasaito with Igor and Sergei.
What I do now
These days I split my time between building and teaching. On YouTube I make free Webflow and GSAP tutorials — each one paired with a cloneable project, so you can take it apart and make it your own. I've published 90+ free cloneables, a complete free GSAP course, and I've written for Codrops. For clients, I design and build animation-rich sites in Webflow — like Westy, made with my friend and designer Lidia.
And I'm building something I really care about: reliable knowledge bases on Webflow, GSAP, accessibility, and more — because right now good knowledge is scattered across a dozen platforms, and finding the right answer shouldn't feel like a treasure hunt.
The mission
I genuinely believe knowledge should be accessible and free for everyone. That's the thread through all of it — the tutorials, the cloneables, this site. My goal is for this to become a place you can always come back to and actually find what you need.
Want to build something together, or just say hi? I'd love to hear from you.
